The Executive Team of the National Black MBA Association-Kansas City (NBMBAA-KC) chapter would like to wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year! My name is Johnathon Higgins and I am the 2020-2022 term president for the KC Chapter.
Welcome to our website. We are currently under some construction, but please navigate through the site and let us know if you have any questions. We are business strategist, educators, and entrepreneurs who impact the Greater Kansas City by cultivating strong relationships, encouraging innovation, and exciting the entrepreneurial spirit.

We seek to provide our members, partners, and affiliates with opportunities that are not easily accessible anywhere else. We will achieve this through on-going insight and adaption to the needs of the community from the organization as well as leveraging 4 Channels of Engagement: Leadership, Career/Entrepreneurship, Education, and Lifestyle initiatives.

As we look forward in 2020-2022 term, our continued goal is to collaborate with groups and organizations that will convert past and current barriers into future opportunities. Whether you are a potential or new business, current student or recently graduated, seasoned professional, entrepreneur, corporate partner, public or civic leader, we want to engage you in being agents of change within the community that we serve.

This administration is committed to leading this chapter on a successful course that is continuous yet transformative of the chapters 32 year history.
